Day 1


Salad Base : Baby spinach leaves with Warm potatoes

Mains: Chicken, Mushrooms., eggs, potatoes.

Supplementary feed: Feta Cheese

Dressing: Pesto Vinaigrette, Sun dried tomatoes with a hint of citrus.



Day 2


Salad base: Baby spinach leaves

Mains: Brown rice, Bacon bits, Roasted pumpkin, Eggs

Supplmentary feeds: Feta cheese, Grilled Eggplant

Dressing: Pesto Vinaigrette, Avocado with a hint of citrus.


Day 3



Salad base: Baby spinach leaves

Additional: Salmon

Mains: spiral pasta, broccoli, egg white, dried cranberries

Supplmentary feeds: Feta cheese and sun dried tomatoes

Dressing: Dill vinaigrette, avocado with a hint of citrus.

washed down with a Jamaican Beat - an ice blended with pineapple, orange and lemon with a hint of ginger.




Mind you, that was 3 days in a row. I'm in love with this new lunch place!
